Responsible for product management and strategic marketing for diabetes care product line. Work closely with internal functions (Sales, Clinical, Sourcing, R&D, QARA) to achieving revenue and profit targets.
Responsibilities: - New product launch management, analyze target market situation, provide PDP, BP, complete launch plan and pricing. Ensuring relevant advertising and promotional materials as well as sales support, in collaboration with regional marketing, clinical, sales and distributors. - Identify market opportunity and work closely with sales team to understand customer needs and competition, conducting market research, monitoring competition and the competitive products development. - Product range development. Define product policies for range. Proposing new product to complete the product portfolio and drive the growth, introduce new products based on strategic growth plan and market requirements. - Manage category portfolio including phase in and phase out, product line extension, re-engineering, re-sourcing and portfolio simplification. Work with QARA and region sales & marketing to define market entry strategy. - Provide product training internally and externally
Qualifications: - At least Bachelor’s degree in clinical medicine, sciences, medicine, or business administration, post-graduate preferred - Fluent in spoken & written English - At least 3 years’ work experience in medical marketing or product management. Proven track record in successful product management. Strong presentation and communication skills. Proficient software skills across all standard programs (Excel, Word and PowerPoint). - Knowledge and experience of working in the international markets; knowledge of USA market will be a plus.
