To successfully expand our further growth, Rutronik is looking for an experienced Field Application Engineer to join us at our office in Shanghai.

Your Tasks:
1. Product promotion, help your customers on the product selection among our franchised product lines.
2. Work closely with Sales and Marketing team at customer side, focus on design-in activities and demand creation.
3. Timely follow up the customer project development, and help customers to solve technical issues.
4. Sales training or customer training about products, applications and solutions.

1. 负责公司产品线 (如Infineon, Vishay, Littelfuse, Rohm, Nordic等) 在客户端的选型与应用。
2. 配合销售人员，与客户深入交流，挖掘客户产品设计需求，找出生意机会。
3. 根据客户的需求，为客户提供合适的产品选型与参考设计等。
4. 及时跟进了解客户项目开发进度，协助客户解决产品开发过程中遇到的技术问题。
5. 收集竞品信息，掌握主流竞争对手产品相关性能、优劣势等。
6. 对销售人员和客户就产品知识、应用方案等进行培训。

Your Qualifications:
1. College degree or above in Electronics Engineering, Automation or comparable areas, with more than 3 years working experience.
2. Familiar with the application of electronic components, especially Power Electronics (IGBT/MOSFET) or MCU and its peripherals
3. Ideally you have experienced in R&D or technical support in distribution business.
4. You have an active customer focus and good at customer communication;
5. Ideally you are good at English both in writing and speaking.

1. 大专以上学历，电子工程、自动化等相关专业毕业，3年以上工作经验。
2. 熟悉了解 IGBT、MOSFET 的基本原理及特性，或MCU的应用与调试。
3. 有电力电子或嵌入式系统的技术支持或开发经验者优先。
4. 具备较强的沟通表达能力，乐观自信，喜欢与客户沟通。
5. 具备较强客户服务的意识，工作积极主动、细致，具备较强的责任心。
6. 能用英文办公及日常交流。
