岗位职责 Responsibilities：
1. Responsible for electrical skills training
负责进行电气技能培训工作。
2. Prepare training materiel, related electrical software and hardware etc..
课件制作，教学相关的电气软件和硬件准备。
3. Course recording, attendance checking and trainee. Compile related electrical work instructions for various models
课程记录，学员考勤和考评；编写相关机型作业指导书
4. Registration of related skill qualification exam.
相关技能资格证考试报名。
5. Follow EHS request.
授课过程中严格遵守EHS有关要求。
6. Follow ISO4001 standard.
内容和实践操作严格维护和遵守质量管理体系ISO4001标准。
7. Manage and maintain training devices.
管理与保养技能教学设备与设置
8. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors
完成上级安排的其他工作
9. Responsible for DVET, workshop staff and service engineers related electrical skills training
负责进行双元制学生、车间员工以及服务工程师相关电气技能培训工作。
10. Assist the IE department to improve the relevant electrical，specification process
协助IE部门完善相关电气规范流程。

Requirements任职要求:
1. College degree or above, professional background in electrical automation, mechatronics, etc.
大专及以上学历，专业背景为电气自动化，机电一体化等；
2. Have working experience in mechatronics equipment.
有电气设备相关的工作经历；
3. Proficient in programming and operation of Siemens, Schneider, Lenze and other software,
Familiar with electrical-related practical operations and procedures.
熟练掌握西门子、施耐德、伦茨等软件的编程与操作，熟悉电气相关的实际操作与流程。
4. Have a certain literary background and training guidance ability.
具有一定的文字功底和培训指导能力。
5. Have good language expression communication skills，teamwork spirit.
具备良好的语言表达，沟通能力，有良好的团队意识。
6. Interested in education.
对教育行业感兴趣。
