Onsite GL Accountant
Background:
The client is an investment company and it has broad expertise across public and private markets, investing on behalf of savers and investors globally.
Responsibilities:
1. Treasury services - coordinate to provide some bank files
2. Payment process - master the whole AP process and operate in the payment system
3. Monthly Closing - complete the monthly management accounts done by SF now, and perform submission in our group financial system
4. Conduct group reporting package - complete monthly/quarterly group reporting
5. Conduct PRC financial reporting based on the PRC TB sent by SBA and send to management for approval
6. Conduct quarterly CIT filing and stamp duty filing
7. The payment work will include invoice transfer in Basware system and monitor/control of whole payment process
8. Conduct annual Inspection, AIC report and annual CIT assessment assistance for Shanghai WFOE
9. Annual audit assistance and coordinate with Headquarters for auditors' inquiries
10. There will be some occasional treasury work, i.e coordinate to provide forms to bank
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above in financial management or accounting
2. 3-5 years GL experience and fund accounting experience or public accounting experience with funds will be a plus;
3. Good verbal and written communication skills - English
4. Advanced computer skills
5. Intermediate accounting certificate will be preferred
5. Proficient in using Kingdee, Oracle, SAP and other system.
