Job Duties: ? Serving as the first contact person from Huidu to designated business partners (pharmaceutical clients) on clinical projects. Ensure partner needs are communicated internally and addressed appropriately. ? Build and extend relationship with key pharma clients. Assess alliance health and work to strengthen individual and organizational relationships between the companies. ? Manage business engagement with pharma partner for Huidu solutions, own the vision of the engagement and strategy to ensure alliance with evolving business needs. ? Driving alliance activities related to contracting, supporting and other aspects of Huidu solutions ? Manage all aspects of the alliance lifecycle, including strategic and day-to-day operating activities with assigned partners. ? Form and lead implementation teams while working internally with key stakeholders to meet milestones and deliverables according to the partnership agreement. ? Monitor results against key performance indicators and communicate results internally. Identify opportunities to generate new or unforeseen value from a partnership. ? Manage alliance partner related periodical business reviews, operational reporting and so on.
Qualifications: ? Experience: 3+ years of experience in alliance management, account management, or project management and clinical studies in Pharmaceutical, Biotech, cancer institute or CRO company ? Education: Bachelor’s degree (or higher) ? Major: biological sciences or health-related disciplines ? Skill Set: o Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese o Solid organizational skills and detailed oriented with an appetite to drive tasks to completion o Demonstrated ability to develop positive working relationships with individuals and teams internally and externally with excellent problem-solving ability o Excellent knowledge of MS Office as well as project management and clinical trials software o Maintain therapeutic knowledge through the latest research, literature, and conference o Ability to work well in a rapid-pace startup environment and a matrix operating setting o Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision o Experience with companion diagnostics partnership best practices and operating under GCP/GCLP environment preferred
