Job Title: Commercial Operation Supervisor Location: Shanghai, China
Job Description To manage and implement the distribution and commercial operation process in China ensuring short term sales target and mid-term growth ambition goals.
Key Responsibilities 1.Work closely with sales and commercial team for contract, agreement and order's review by leading the account selection, opening & closing in consensus with all internal stakeholders, manage customers qualification information, full control of account creation, product price, authorized territory when needed. 2.Ensures successful implementation of commercial policy for different channels and take actions on any potential revenue risk. 3.Works with Commercial and Business Development managers to manage key existing and new process related to commercial policy for growth of sales. 4.Monitors inventory level at platforms and dealers by collecting in market sales data and thereof contribute to sales forecast accuracy. 5.Strictly follows and ensures enforcement across team of China laws and regulations regarding sales and promotion, follows Industry code and Galderma Code of Ethics. Undisputable integrity during sales call and expenses report in compliance with company policies. 6.Work on the business operational processes including open、change and terminate process for dealers, order dealing, return/exchange/transfer goods etc.
Skills & Qualifications 1.Bachelor’s degree with experience in Medical Device or pharmaceutical environment. 2.Excellent communication skills in English. 3. At least 5 years of commercial operation working experience in a medical device or pharmaceutical company in customer management in China 4.Strong project management and analytical skills, ability to work and influence in a cross-functional team organization 5.Solution-oriented and ability to establish strategic growth initiatives 6.Solid understanding of regulatory and legal requirements in China pharmaceutical trade industry and compliance track record 7.Required pre-requisites skills/experience for this position: 8.Successful experience in previous commercial operation reporting 9.Strong data analysis skills, Excel and PPT skills. 10.Excellent communication skill and quick learner 11.Strong business acumen and analytical skills for good planning and problem solving. 12.Capability of measurement, evaluation and process control. 13.Ability to develop strong and trustful business communication with all Departments to provide high quality service 14.Details oriented & able to quickly react to changing environment 15.Mastery of computer application skills, especially in Microsoft Excel. 16.High level of personal and professional integrity.
