岗位职责: 1. Be in charge of daily operation in staff relations, including staff information registration, staff profiling, daily HR consultancy, etc.; 负责日常员工关系工作,包括员工信息登记,员工档案管理,日常人事咨询等; 2. Implement routine HR process and assist HR manager to optimize the HR related procedures; 常规人事流程实施,并协助人事经理优化人事相关流程; 3. Provide faculty pastoral care and assist HR manager to improve faculty welfare system; 提供教职工关怀,协助人事经理完善福利体系; 4. Assist HR Manager to optimize HR database; 协助人事经理优化人事数据库; 5. Other department assignments. 完成部门交办的其它相关工作。 任职要求: 1. Bachelor degree or above,HR or related major is a plus, education abroad is a plus; ***本科及以上,人力资源及相关专业优先,海外留学经验优先; 2. 1-year or above related experience; 1年及以上相关经验; 3. Have HR related knowledge and experience in practice on staff relations. 有人力资源相关常识并在员工关系方面有实践经验; 4. Be strong in communication and team work, good ability in oral and written English. 优秀的沟通能力及团队合作能力,英语口语及书面能力佳; 5. Passionate in education,result-oriented, strong capacity in execution, proactive personality with good communication, logical and have team-work spirit. 对教育事业有热情,结果导向,执行力强,性格积极主动且沟通能力佳,思维敏锐有逻辑,有团队合作精神。
