Responsibilities:
1. Work with circuit designers closely to understand DRAM circuits functions, and create
test cases to fully verify them.
2. Collecting verification coverages based on specifications to qualify testbench.
3. Debug circuits fails to locate the root fail reason, either in circuits or in test environments.
Qualifications:
1. BSEE or MSEE in micro electronic related.
2. Skilled in verilog/system-verilog languages.
3. Good knowledge of verification methodology, UVM is preferred.
4. Verification insights of random techniques.
5. Familiar with Linux environment. Basic script coding skills, such as perl/shell/tcl/python.
python is a plus.
6. Good communication and co-work with team members.
7. Capable of read/write documents in English.
