Responsibilities · Maintain functionality of online furniture platform, upload new products and prices, collect and update all necessary information in timely manner. · Support with calculation and preparation of price lists for furniture items. · For assigned projects, support with process with vendors to ensure timely receipt of quality products and services. · Ensure project details are planned, coordinated according to planned and successfully implemented. · Work closely with Project Management and Technical teams to monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise. · Managing databases of customer information to share regular updates and product uploads on platform. · Collect platform sales and traffic data and prepare regular reports. · Perform other tasks, based on management requirements and instructions.
Requirements and skills · Project coordination and project management experience preferred. · Prefer experience in furniture industry. · Bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, or similar. · Native Chinese, English - professional working proficiency. · Comprehensive knowledge and experience in MS Office (Word, Excel (advanced), Powerpoint). · Strong time management, organization, and written/oral communications skills. · Detail-oriented and comfortable multi-tasking/working on multiple projects at one time.
