【职位描述】 What this job involves (Key Accountabilities) – ? Provide safety support for all of projects, ensuring all projects meet company safety standards and local safety standards. ? Establish and review the EH&S plan/procedure for assigned projects. Help to review HS considerations in the selection of service providers (Contractors and suppliers). ? Customize the EH&S management program, review and improve the EH&S management program with the project team leaders. ? Conduct safety review meeting with project and design team at the initial stage of the project. Ensure all high risk activities have proper SWMS (safety work method statement). ? Update to the client about related EH&S issues with PM or other project group managers. Attend construction coordination meetings. ? Conduct periodical site inspections, report the findings to the project leader and operations team, ensure the timely corrections of the safety deficiencies by the contractors. ? Plan and drive weekly safety meeting and weekly tool-box talk. Provide monthly HS statistics report to project manager and operations manager. ? Conduct regular training for project team members and help them to set up safety goal in their work plan. ? Assist the project team in reporting and investigating all incidents including near misses and first aid cases, share the lessons learnt from the incidents and from Flash Reports communicated from other projects. ? Coordinate EH&S inspections / audits by JLL, Asia Pacific or local government, ensure the timely close out of deficiencies revealed from the inspections / audits. ? Act as an interface to coordinate the safety compliance surrounding the project site. Coordinate with local government for site EH&S inspection. ? Prepare EH&S successful stories to be submitted for publication in PDS Time (Internal magazine), sharing good EH&S practices among JLL project teams, obtaining professional licenses, mentoring / coaching assist safety officers and non-safety professionals, building professional profile inside and outside of the company. ? Motivate project team members in safety management. See individual Performance Measurement Targets. 【任职要求】 Sound like you? To apply you need have (Qualifications) – Education /Work Experience: ? College Diploma/Bachelor degree major in Safety Engineering. At least 8-10 years’ relevant experience in construction safety. ? HSE background with 10 years and above of construction safety experience preferably on construction/Commercial projects. ? Be familiar with national and international ES&H standards and regulations. Business Skills and Competencies: ? Proficient in English, in both oral and writing communications. ? Be proficient in MS Office software, Auto CAD and MS Project to complete analysis & reports. ? Be good at identifying and devising measures to meet our stakeholders’ business needs and requirements. ? Good communication and coordination skills. ? Be well versed in project safety systems, processes, tools and best practices—ultimately, applying such sources in the delivery of flawless projects. ? Safety License holders are preferred, with a proven track record in providing safety trainings.
