Position Description Responsibilities: 61 Develops, administers, and implements plant safety, health and environmental programs in accordance with governmental and Corning requirements. 61 Improve plant environmental and health system and promote “ZERO Incidents", friendly working environment and health habits. 61 Coordinates EHS committee to monitor environment/occupational health performance, activities, compliance and auditing efforts. 61 Participants in internal regular audit and prepares occupational health check and environmental impact reports for plant continuous improvement 61 Lead internal reviews and analyzes EHS documents issued by various regulatory agencies and determines impact on company operations and communicates data to appropriate engineering personnel for use in making engineering decisions pertaining to environment and occupational health. 61 Identify and evaluation the local laws and regulations, and interact with government and local regulators to resolve compliance issues. 61 Establishes permit requirements and assists in EPB, and local regulatory audits. 61 Provides training to plant employees on safety, occupational health and environmental protection 61 Other assignments from supervisors
Education & Experience 61 Bachelor and /or above 61 Major in Environmental engineering is preferred 61 Certificate Safety Engineer or Environmental Engineer is preferred 61 At least 3-year manufactory experiences in EH&S 61 MNC experience is preferred
Required Skills 61 Familiar with both local and international Environmental, Safety and Health regulatory requirements and business practice. 61 Knowledge of professional EHS standards evaluation 61 Knowledge and experience of plant environment and industry hygiene improvements 61 Demonstrated project management skill 61 Good documentation skill 61 Good English both for written and oral 61 Good interpersonal and communication skill
