工作职责: 1、对电气类,橡胶塑料类等产品有深入的了解。 Have a deep understanding of electrical, rubber and plastic products. 2、熟悉生产工艺制程, 主导与供应商的零件讨论,与SQE一起制定外购件检验标准。 Familiar with the production process, lead parts discussions with suppliers and work with SQE to develop inspection standards for outsourced parts. 3、与采购人员和公司内部其它部门紧密合作,协调和同步执行本地化和全球化采购策略。 Work very closely with buyers and internal customer, align and implementation of localization and global purchasing strategies. 4、对产品趋势,潜在的开发需求,供应商清单及当期的成本水平有全面的了解。 Have comprehensive understanding of product trend, potential sourcing requirement, supplier base we need, current cost level. 5、开发和选择供应商,包括价格谈判,产品质量要求,付款和交货条件等,按照要求每月向管理层提交相关报告。 Select, develop and deal with suppliers including price negotiation, quality of products, payment and delivery conditions, provide relevant reports monthly to the management as required. 6、协调新供应商的准入。 Coordinate the supplier launch process for new suppliers. 7、拜访和评审供应商,对供应商进行评级,制定和跟踪目标措施。 Visits and audits, analysis and rating of procurement markets, development and goal tracking of measures. 8、在产品开发完成及移交给相关采购人员后,继续提供支持。 Support the assistance for purchasing after the transition to buyers has been completed. 9、能对产品成本进行分析,寻找成本持续降低点。 Ability to analyse product costs and find sustainable cost reduction points 10、服从采购经理分工安排和其他交代工作; Obey the division of labor arrangement and other assigned work of purchasing manager
职位要求: 1、专科及以上,电气或机电专业优先考虑; College or above , major in electrical or mechanical is highly preferred. 2、洗涤行业或外资企业同等岗位3年以上工作经验; At least three years working experience at the same position in laundry industry or foreign company. 3、英语口语流利; Fluent in oral english. 4、具有良好的谈判、沟通技巧和成本分析经验; With approven negotiation , communication skills and cost analysis experience. 5、Excel, PPT等办公软件熟练; Familiar with Excel and PPT.
