主要职责-列出主要工作任务 Major Responsibilities-List down the major tasks:
1.规划库房布局，及原材料货架、投料器具等相应的物流设施 Design warehouse layout，also relative logistics facilities, including RM racks、line feeding container etc.. ˙
2.定义并优化工厂内，及与客户、供应商之间的实物流和信息流 Define and optimize the material and information flow within factory and with customers / suppliers. ˙
3.审核供应商的包装方案，并对其包装进行管控 Verify supplier’s packaging proposal, control and monitor supplier’s packaging.
4.包装设计（包括成品、出口零件、售后服务件），与客户沟通并获得其批准 Packaging design, including FG、export parts、after-service parts，and get customer’s approval.
5.˙制定物流的标准化操作流程，并持续改善 Set up logistics standized work procedure, and keep continuously improvement.
6.实施目视化管理及拉动系统 Implement visual management and pulling system.
7. 监督并实施物流体系职责与管理标准。Monitor and implement logistic system and management standard.
8.配合相关部门的工作，提供相应的支持Co-operation with correlative department to provide the corresponding support.
9.直属上级交给的其他临时任务Other temporary task arranged by direct supervisor
关键任职资格Key Competencies:
1. ˙具有高度的责任心及良好的沟通协调能力，能承担较大的工作压力Be with high responsibility and good teamwork player, can work under great pressure
2. ˙了解TS16949质量管理体系及ISO14001要求 Familiar with TS 16949 and ISO14001
3. ˙了解 VMI, JIT, JIS, FIFO等库存管理模式. Familiar with VMI, JIT, JIS,FIFO.
4. ˙良好的计算机操作能力，熟练运用CAD等制图软件 Good PC skill，be familiar with CAD etc.
5. ˙英语听说读写熟练 Excellent English in listening、speaking、reading and writing
学历与经验Education and Experience:
1. 专科以上学历，物流或工程设计等相关专业 colleague Degree Above, major in logistics or engineering field
2. 3年以上制造型企业物流规划的工作经验 Minimum 3 years logistics planning experience in plant
