职位描述
职务范围 Job Description
1. 负责董事会办公室文件收发、文档管理工作,整理收集其所需的各类信息资料,包括教育局信息,工商信息等; 负责筹建学校资料的收集及档案管理等;
Be responsible for receiving and sending documents and managing documents of the Board office, sorting out and collecting all kinds of information required by the office, including the information of the Education Bureau and the business information; Be responsible for the collection of data and file management of the school and etc.;
2. 负责完成董事会办公室、各校区、园区下达给各部门的交办任务,协调并进行督办等。
Be responsible for completing the tasks assigned to each department by the Board Office, the school and the kindergartens, coordinating and supervising the work and etc.;
3. 负责协助董事会办公室、各校区、园区等各组织对内、对外相关会议,做好会议纪要(整理后发送至相关部门)、备忘录及其他文件整理,并对决策事项进行相关进度跟踪、反馈结果等;
Assist the Board office, the school, kindergartens and other organizations to organize internal and external meetings, sort out meeting minutes (sorted and sent to relevant departments), memoranda and other documents, and track the progress of decision-making matters and the feedback and etc.;
4. 负责董事会办公室、各校区、园区文书、公函的起草及档案管理;组织内重要文件起草、整理、审批、传达,以及打印、分发、归档及档案管理等工作; 负责流转、整理并归档公司文件、合同、供应商资质等;
Be responsible for the drafting and file management of documents and official letters of the board office, the school and the kindergartens; Organize the drafting, sorting, approval, transmission, printing, distribution, archiving and archive management of important documents; Be responsible for circulation, sorting and archiving of company documents, contracts, supplier qualifications and etc.;
5. 配合上级领导做好公司营业执照、资质等各种证照的保管、年检、变更、注销等;
Cooperate with the superior leaders in the custody, annual inspection, change and cancellation of the company's business license, qualification and other certificates and etc.;
6. 根据董事会办公室要求,收集、整理、汇总、统计相关数据,并保证相关各项数据的及时、准确、完整和规范;
Collect, sort, summarize and count relevant data according to the requirements of the Board office, and ensure that relevant data are timely, accurate, complete and standardized;
7. 完成上级领导交予的各项工作。
Complete the work assigned by the superior leader.
任职要求 Job Requirements
1. 本科以上学历,有2年以上大型公司或集团公司董事会办公室工作经验
Bachelor degree or above, with more than 2 years of working experience in the board office of large companies or group companies
2. 熟悉商务礼仪,具有良好的语言表达能力、人际交往能力、应变能力、沟通能力及解决问题的能力,有亲和力,较强的责任感与敬业精神
Be familiar with business etiquette, have good language expression ability, interpersonal communication ability, adaptability, communication ability and problem solving ability, have affinity, strong sense of responsibility and professionalism
3. 具备良好的服务意识,谈吐举止得体;能灵活处理各种突发事件,口齿伶俐,会察言观色,思维敏捷
Have a good sense of service and speak and behave appropriately; Be able to handle various emergencies, eloquent, observant with quick mind;
4. 品行端正,保密意识与抗压力强
Good conduct, strong sense of confidentiality and resistance to pressure.
5. 熟练使用office等各类办公软件,擅长PPT/Excel/PS等
Proficient in using office and other software, and good at PPT/Excel/PS and etc.
6. 善于文字撰写、语言功底深厚,沟通协调能力强
Good at writing, profound language skills, and strong communication and coordination ability
