Job Description - Executes and achieves yearly sales objectives on international and domestic Key accounts. - Works closely with Sales Director-Auto KA to identify actions and priorities and meanwhile cooperates with global Key Account management team for the assigned Kas - Establishes long-term, ongoing relationships with Key Accounts and their other partners and networks. And makes medium to long term strategic plan to protect, develop and maintain the Key Accounts. - Enlarges sales volume in assigned Key accounts, thoroughly develop the KA’s needs with providing solution of Komax and Schleuniger entire product portfolio, deeply dig out the opportunities of the strategical products in assigned Key accounts. - Quotes and tracks per customer’s request and follow up the order, monitoring invoicing and due payment, following up closely with Key accounts. - Analyzes and monthly reports assigned Key Accounts and competitors’ situation and maintains up-to-date understanding of Automotive industry trends and technical developments that affect market, understanding of Automotive industry and OEMs requirement, and aligns with marketing team. - Works closely with local and global team with identified actions and priorities to promote product portfolio. - Efficient KAs visits, prepares salesforce visit reports and market reports, manages and updates salesforce as a routing work. - Completes the other issues released from the Management.
Requirements - Bachelor + preferably in mechanical Engineering - Qualification in economics or business administration preferred - 8-10 years sales, marketing or direct related experiences - 8-10 years with key account management experience are a plus - Has a natural drive to persuade customers after having acquired them. - Proven ability to achieve sales objectives. - Good technical background, experience in machinery marketing is a plus - Proven skills in key accounts management - The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, quick to deliver and a team player - Proven skills in developing / implementing strategies in support of market segments, key accounts and products consistent with the overall business plan. - Ability to effectively organize, prioritize and accomplish multiple conflicting tasks, marketing intelligent, timely decisions and solve problem independently. - Excellent communication/ presentation skills, both written and verbal - Strong results-orientation and execution skills - Familiar with Microsoft office tool to make quotation, presentation etc. - Ability to travel domestic (main part) and international (from time to time) - Ability to work independently. - Fluent communication in English (verbal ad in written) is a must.
