Position Overview: Be part of SCM team and mainly focus on inventory and logistics control management in APAC to fulfill business plan by implementing standardized and horizontal material / capacity / logistics planning, order fulfillment practices in Auto business. Be active members in Inventory & logistics control management and Lead Asia pacific to implement Inventory and logistics strategy Input to S&OP within strategic directions of Global Material& Auto Operations.
Responsibilities: Be a leader of change management with mission and strategy, able to foster harmony across team and team working towards strategic goals in concerted efforts. - Drive, and implement standardized process of Inventory& Logistics within AP which align with across AP and global strategies. - Drive country and plants to meet SCM KPI (inventory& logistics etc.) within business target. - Execute the lean tools to continuous improvement. - Resolve conflicts cross sites and functions in accordance with targets. - Plan, manage and track supply plan and be key players in S&IOP process. - Drive freight planning to minimize freightage, on time delivery and flexibility. - Leverage on resources commonality across sites and work cross-regional collaboration. - Conduct freight control and partner with global logistics to ensure streamlining of transportation and warehouse management. - Strong execution capability to achieve the short term and long-term strategy and goals. - Support training launch to improve the capability of APAC team.
Qualifications: - Bachelor degree, ERP expert, supply chain related certification preferable. - Strong leadership and able to drive improvement of cross functional team. - Over 10 years of on the job management experience with solid achievement. - At least 7 years SCM experience in multinational companies in the automotive components industry. - Over 5 years of job automotive plant and non-plant operation management. - Focus on execution and ability to drive results. - Fluent speaking in Chinese and English.
