岗位职责:
1、 负责装置现场操作，将生产工艺参数控制在技术文件所规定的范围之内。
Be responsible for plant site operation, and control production process parameters within the range specified by the technical documents.
- 按操作程序完成日常操作，对工艺参数偏离及时处理和汇报。
Complete the daily operation as per the operation procedure and report and handle process parameter deviations timely.
- 执行值班长 ,DCS 操作员下达的指令，根据生产需要完成操作，并将执行后的信息反馈。
Execute the orders from the shift supervisor and DCS operator, and complete the operation as per production demand, and feedback the information after execution.
2、 按时、按规定路线进行现场巡回检查，并填写巡检记录，须将发现的问题及时汇报处理。
Conduct the site patrol inspection as per the schedule and routes and fill in the inspection record, and report the findings and handle them timely.
- 检查现场工艺参数与操作程序的符合情况。
Check the compliance of process parameter with the operation procedure.
- 检查现场设备运行状况。
Check the operation status of the site equipment
3、 做好设备的日常维护和保养。
Do well on equipment daily maintenance and curing
- 负责动设备的润滑油、密封液等的加注。
Be responsible for injection of lube oil and seal liquid of rotating equipment.
- 及时消除静设备的跑冒滴漏。
Timely eliminate the leakage and overspill of static equipment.
4、 严格执行作业控制程序。
Strictly follow up the work control procedure.
- 负责落实日常检维修作业的风险评估、能量隔离、监护等工作。
Be responsible for implementing the risk assessment, energy isolation and monitoring of daily maintenance work.
- 负责落实PTW的关闭工作。
Be responsible for close out of PTW.
5、 在事故状态下，及时判断事故的性质并在值班长的指挥下进行处理。
Under the status of incident, timely judge the nature of incident and timely handle it under the leadership of the shift supervisor.
6、 执行交接班制度。
Execute the shift hand over system.
7、 执行现场6S管理制度。
Execute site 6S management system.
8、 参与装置的持续改进工作，积极提出合理化建议。
Participate in the plant continuous improvement work and put forward the reasonable suggestions.
9、 参加公司和装置组织的各项培训，不断提高个人的技术水平和综合能力。
Participate in the various training organized by company and plant.
任职要求:
- 教育背景：本科学历，石油化工或相关专业。
Education Background: Bachelor's degree, petrochemical or related majors.
- 工作经历：无工作年限要求，有石油化工行业实习经验者优先。
Working Experience: No requirement for working experience, internship experience in petrochemical industry is preferred.
- 良好的沟通协作能力。
Good communication and coordination capabilities.
- 良好的团队合作意识。
Good team-work spirit.
