职位描述: - Specify, design, and develop MCU based Digital Hardware systems and interfaces for new and existing products. - Analyze requirements and research solutions to complex technical problems under specific performance, size, power, and cost constraints, recommend viable and cost-effective approaches, select key components. - Review and analyze digital hardware designs, be capable of part selection, schematic entry, layout, timing, derating, power consumption, test. - Works closely with global R&D team to solve complex engineering issues, support global team to get job done timely for manufacturing related issues. - Assist SCM team to look for alternative components, shorten lead times, reduce costs etc. - Support project team and suppliers to bring design to production from hardware perspective. - Work with CAD and Contract Manufacturer to produce prototypes and production grade boards - Validate and trouble-shoot prototypes and production builds. Generate related reports. - Guide development of hardware test procedures for manufacturing of new and existing hardware. - Support QA engineering team to setup test environment, tune parameter of EUT, debug onsite. - Assist 3rd party’s lab to finish necessary tests such as regulatory and EMI/EMC relative certifications. 职位要求: - Master/Bachelor’s degree of Electrical Engineering preferred or equivalent work experience. 3~5 years of experience with designing digital board level circuit design, simulation, layout, and debug. - At least 1~2 successful designs have been proven by large volume production. - Extensive vendor relationship and design for cost reduction experience for large volume product manufacture are desirable. - Working experience with memory devices and technologies – SRAM, SDRAM, DDR, Flash, EEPROM - Working experience with peripheral interfaces, such as RS232, RS485, Ethernet, USB, I2C, SPI, LVDS - Experience using Mentor Graphics PADS or equivalent to produce mixed-signal schematics and PCB layout up to 6 layers. - Complete the validation of their design and of the entire application to prove requirements are achieved.Working knowledge of digital circuitry design principles, attributes, issues, component selection, and optimization strategies. - Working knowledge of hardware design for EMI/EMC global compliance. - Ability to use test equipment: Oscillograph, spectrum analyzer and other hardware related test equipment for design and troubleshooting. - Ability to express ideas clearly in written, oral communication is desirable. - Driven to work towards meeting project goals and deadlines. - Driven to establish and maintain effective working relationships with supervisors and co-workers. - Working knowledge using Microsoft office suite: Word, Excel, Power Point, Visio. - Good written skill in both Mandarin and English, oral English is a plus. - Willing to work in a global organization with frequent meeting with global teams.
