Key Job Responsibilities /Activities: 1. 3rd Party logistics supplier management: Be in charge of 3rd party suppliers daily operation running well, KPI monitoring and develop MBR/QBR to review 3rd party performance and drive improvement if any miss .Drive 3rd party continuous improve on efficiency, warehouse capacity, customers’ satisfaction and so on.
2. Cost management: Be in charge of the daily duty/VAT/AT COST payment request and following, monthly debit note of supplier checking and confirm. Timely cost analysis and action to develop more cost saving on logistics operation/warehousing. Develop RFQ of need for termly to keep cost in healthy level
3. Stock management: Be in charge of stock accuracy, daily rotation stocking taking and annual total stock taking. Do well with all normal stock or any shortage/overage stock to avoid with 3rd party to keep compliance with Customs policy
4. International /domestic forwarder management: Keep close touch with all factories/suppliers/warehouses to arrange all freight with proper term to ensure all cargo could be transported without any delay or damage to delivery to destination to hit QS1 annual target. Drive forwarder to continuous improve service level and avoid any complaint.
5. Complaint management: Collect all complaints from customer, log in related system to indicate in QS3, analyze the root cause or drive the supplier to analyze and feedback the solution to customer through CSR. Develop actions to hit annual QS3 target.
6. Involved in some key projects: Involved in logistics related projects to finish the part about logistics.
Education & background required: - Bachelor Degree with strong analytical thinking - 3-5 years’ work experience with a track record of success in international/domestic logistics function - Knowledge of industry manufacturing is highly preferred - Experience of 3rd party management is highly preferred
