Roles and Responsibilities: As a TL, you will be responsible for one or several of the below responsibilities depending on the scope of work established with a client: · Perform strategic sourcing, supplier relationship management, contract, performance and risk management. · Supplier Selection: Participating in client interactions such as workshops, calls, research etc. to understand the pain points, seek clarifications, present the proposed solution and fine tune the pursuit and finally select suppliers · Work with Category Managers in understanding identifying opportunities and support in operational sourcing projects · Responsible for the negotiation and contract management process as well as project closeout and stakeholder sign off · Perform procurement reporting · Maintain contractual and business relationships with vendors. · Develop best procurement practices · Build strong relationship with customers and ensure customer satisfaction. Requirements · Proven experience in operation sourcing and category support · Solid knowledge of sourcing process · Proficient in MS Office · An analytical mind with a strategic ability · Excellent communication and people skills Work Experience and Educational Attainment: Min 5 years of industry working experience in sourcing and procurement Experience with Multinational companies (MNC) will be a plus Strong sourcing skill Prefer in R&D category
