Job description HR: · Pay salaries · Make labor contracts&appointment letters · Recruitment activities · Handle relevant procedure of employee enrollment and exit · Arrange staff physical examination · Keep and review various certificates of employees · Handle employee social security Admin: · Purchase office supplies&daily necessities · Organize company activities · Responsible for company environmental impact assessment · Daily equipment maintenance · Responsible for updating enterprise certificates and documents Finance: · Process cash payments · Process transfer payments · Responsible for cooperation with the bank Requirements · HR background with bachelor's degree or above. · Familiar with Labor relations, compensation ,salary and Tax. · Familiar with work certificate for foreigners. · Familiar with financial knowledge and banking business. · Good interpersonal skill for internal and external communication. · Fluent in English both in verbal and written.
