YOUR WORK ENVIRONMENT As Customer Service Center Advisor, and part of the Customer Service Center, you will participate in customer related activities and you will be in charge of client service throughout multi-channels, such as Phone call, Live Chat on official email, WeChat and website. This experience will enable you to get to know CELINE, our products and customer service experience that we are willing to provide. You will have the opportunity to learn more about communication skills and the sence of providing good service to our clients. Your impact Client Service - Provide client service throughout multi-channels, such as Phone call, Live Chat on official email, WeChat and website. - Ensure that all day-to-day customer related activities are dealt with in a courteous, accurate and timely manner. - Understand the customer and develop the sale by selecting an appropriate range of options for the customer and provide good product knowledge. - Build long-term relationships with clients, by using different Clienteling tools to engage clients in terms of brands and all product categories. - Achieve KPIs set by the organization (e.g. taken call rate, service level, work efficiency). Cross- departmental Cooperation - Cooperate with E-Commerce/Clienteling&Loyalty team to develop & implement new tools, drive & achieve personal/team goals, including sales target - Cooperate with After Sales Service&Customer Quality team to provide after sale services, such as repair and maintenance services. keys for success Education: - Bachelor degree or above Experience: - Preferred 1-3 years of working experience in customer service, retail store or other customer service. - Experience in luxury/fashion business a plus Competencies: - Proactive sales awareness and service skills are necessary. - Have a certain sense of fashion. - Good at team spirit, commercial mindset and can work under pressure. - Excellent time-management, multi-tasking, and prioritization skills. - Professional communication and people skills with a genuine desire to provide excellent customer service.
