We are looking for Client Service Executive responsible for daily customer service operation and provide the premium service based on LOEWE guideline and strategy.
Reporting to LOEWE China Client Service Manager, you will work closely with a range of departments, including retail, E-commerce, CRM teams etc.
Key responsibility:
· Answering customers’ E-mails, chats, and calls for all enquiries about products, E-Commerce orders, stores information, aftersales services policy etc.
· Liaise and coordinate with related team to follow up and solve customers’ cases to make customers satisfied with our solutions.
Record and follow up the cases accurately and timely to achieve related service performance.
· Contribute to provide excellent service to recruit, maintain and manage customers to ensure both service and sales target achieved.
Follow global guidelines to best utilize CS tools to drive service efficiency and convenience.
· Implement or support omni-channel projects for best customer experience and engagement.
· Other related tasks assigned.
Requirement:
· Passionate for Luxury brands and will be used to dealing with luxury clients.
· Excellent command of Cantonese, Chinese and English (both written & spoken)
· Customer-oriented mindset and excellent execution ability
· Strong multi-tasking and self-learning skills with ownership
· Able to work on scheduled public holidays and scheduled shift hours.
· Proficient user of Microsoft Office tool such as Excel, PowerPoint etc.
