Handles orders follow-up for a group of suppliers from selection confirmation until delivery, anticipating and solving issues within deadlines, in line with Homelife processes. Main Job responsibilities: 1. Assist merchandiser to follow up orders from the very beginning till the end and deal with all emergencies between clients and suppliers. 2. Complete all the PO/PI, ERP. 3. Place orders and collect proforma invoice, confirm orders. 4. Assemble all received Samples with QA team and record sample specification. 5. Work out loading plan with factory. 6. Apply inspection booking. 7. Detail paper work, Filling, E-mail, Labeling. 8. Other task assigned by superior. Product: Indoor furniture / Outdoor furniture / Camping.
Requirements: -Knowledge of international trade(European or Australia market is a plus) -1+ year working experience in international trade -Good command in Microsoft Office., especially Excel skills -Fluent English both in spoken & written -Strong negotiation skills with ability to handle correspondences independently -Open-minded - Rigorous - Organization and planning ability - Passion for the product - Self-confidence - Humility -Polyvalence -High sense of responsibility, self-motivated -Ability to work under pressure -Excellent team work
