1. JOB SUMMARY
1. Develop mechanical solutions for products (Household appliances) from initial concept to production release.
2. Work with business team to define customer requirement and make Customer satisfaction (solution matches need)
3. Efficient transition between engineering and production.



2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Mechanical structure design, Tolerance analysis ...etc.
2. 3D/2D drawing design base on FMEA, FEA, DFM, risk assessment ...etc.
3. Material chosen and Maintain BOMs
4. Support tooling, process, assemble development, testing performance,
5. Trouble shooting all failures and findings with quality cross function team.
6. Work with suppliers to review and release out sourcing part .
