MAIN DUTIES 1. Directly communication with customers on after-sales related issues, coordinate with relevant departments to provide technical feedback and actions on-site与客户直接对接售后相关问题,协调相关部门提供技术反馈以及现场排故。 2. Support to communicate with the client and the company relative dept. 协助与客户、公司相关部门沟通 3. Provide after sales service according to Customer’s request, the service content of after sales including but no limits to根据客户售后需求,提供售后服务,售后服务内容包括不限于: o Timely response to customer after-sales needs客户售后需求的及时响应 o On site troubleshooting 现场故障排故 o Coordinate with relevant electrical and mechanical engineers to assist in resolving on-site faults 协调相关电气、机械工程师协助解决现场故障 o Provide after-sales solutions and quotations based on customer needs 根据客户需求,提供售后方案及报价 o Collect and summarize after-sales issues and provide feedback to the quality department收集、总结售后问题并反馈质量部门 4. Support Line Manager on new projects and working together with project team and engineering team 协助直属经理发展新项目并和项目及设计团队保持良好协作关系; 5. Other tasks assigned by Line manager直属经理安排的其他任务;
REQUIREMENTS 1. Bachelor or higher本科以上学历 2. Engineering degree 工科背景 3. Project experience with customized automation production line a plus有非标自动化生产线经验优先 4. CATIA, AUTOCAD user 熟练使用CATIA, AUTOCAD, Office 5. Proficient in English language both Written and Spoken英文书面和口语流利 6. Willingness to travel 需要出差 7. Presentation and communication skills ;演示和沟通技巧 8.
