Role Profile –
1. To strengthen and promote service team communication & reporting capacity
2. Ensure proper control upkeep, maintenance & utilization of tools & equipments.
3. Ensure proper work take over from Sales & liaise with Sales on work scope
4. Liaise with Customer on work scope to be carried out accordingly
5. Ensure Proper control of work quality /execution & safety
6. Carry out proper control on Receiving Process of Work , In Process & Final Inspection
7. Ensure proper control of production cost , material cost , overtime & wastage
8. Ensure proper submission of Work Report , Time Sheet & Expense Claims
9. Execute Field Service activities such as overhaul, repair and trouble shooting on diesel engines.
10. Evaluate and investigate damage and undertake design modifications
11. Provide field mechanical technical support/service to diesel engine/propulsion and their relevant auxiliary equipments, assistant of site training
Requirements of the Position.

1. College degree or above in marine or mechanical engineering.
2. At least 3 years practical experience in ship repair work
3. Competent English in writing and speaking
4. Willing to travel frequently around China and abroad
