a) verifying, creating and implementing Compliance documents, b) supervising the flow of information, identifying and managing conflicts of interest, c) representing the company in Compliance issues inside and outside the company, d) ongoing monitoring, evaluation and effective improvement of Compliance programs, e) conducting training, motivating and developing employees, f) participation in explanatory proceedings regarding notifications to the Compliance register, g) ensuring targeted communication to achieve agreed goals, based on the company's values and guiding principles, h) keeping records and statistics, i) reporting to the group headquarters, j) running a system for Whistleblowers
Post requirements: a)Univesrsity education (law),3-5 years legal related working experience. b)well-established knowledge and min. 3 years of proven experience in the Compliance area c)very good knowledge of anti-corruption regulations, personal data protection, cartel law, d)knowledge of the European Union directive on whistleblowers – a plus e)very good command of the English language f)communication skills and focus on cooperation g)knowledge of MS Office
