This is the job

As Social Compliance Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting our supply chain CSR daily operations to ensure responsible sourcing in our supply chain, and support on company development too. You will have the opportunity to get professional training and grow to a CSR auditor. You will report to the Sustainability and Social Compliance Manager at our Shanghai Office.

Responsibilities

Responsible for keeping CSR data up to date.
Confirm audit schedule with suppliers.
Daily contact window to 3rd party audit companies, including confirming audits, receiving audit, forwarding audit reports to suppliers and flowing CAP of audit findings.
Responsible for monitoring suppliers’ performance and raising up warnings of low performed suppliers.
Ensure the audits are carried out according to the plan. Key contact window to suppliers, 3rd parties, and internal teams on CSR audit.
Facilitate CSR and sustainability trainings.
Other tasks assigned by the manager.
This position’s next step is CSR auditor. Frequent travel is needed as a CSR auditor.


Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree
One or two years working experience in a trading company
Willing to be a CSR auditor and travel frequently
Enthusiastic to create a sustainable supply chain
Have a down to earth attitude at work
Willing to learn and improve
Careful and attentive
Be with high sense of integrity
Skillfully use MS Office, especially excel
Good data analysis skill is a big plus.
Use English as a working language, especially in written

As a person you must be passionate, efficient, proactive and detail oriented with high sense of integrity. You are used to work under short deadlines, act and communicate professionally with a positive attitude and team-player mindset – also during busy periods.
