? Acts as a HR business partner to support and deliver strategic business partnering, facilitate manpower planning, talent acquisition and retention in Asia. ? Formulate and execute HR initiatives, processes and policies throughout global/region HR. ? Manage the HR annual processes such as performance management, annual manpower planning, variable compensation management and merit increase in compliance with regional guidelines. ? Provide advisory inputs pertaining to full spectrum of HR functions. ? Support day-to-day HR operations of employee life cycle. ? Manage full cycle of recruitment process including but not limited to job posting, CV screening, conducting interviews, offer confirmation, preparing contracts, pre-employment checks and the on-boarding process. ? Providing recruitment strategies and solutions/ advice to our Corporate Functions Leaders ? Work closely with hiring managers to understand the hiring and expansion plan, role requirements, identify the right candidates, and develop effective talents sourcing strategies. ? Utilize different sourcing methods including internet searching, networking, internal referral program to attract talents in Asia. ? Develop and constantly monitor and improve recruitment channels to build effective talent pool. ? Ensure recruitment and learning needs of Corporate Functions are met.
Qualification:
? Degree graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent. ? At least 3- 4 years’ HR relevant job experiences preferable in commercial area and talent acquisition ? Proven ability to work independently and drive results in a fluid, fast-paced environment. ? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders from diverse countries/culture ? Team player with strong conflict managements skills and who works with respect ? Fluent in English
