Job Responsibilities:
84 Assist in developing new client relationship by ESG training, ESG event, ESG workshop, conference call and face-to-face discussion.
84 Conduct ESG related consulting projects, including but not limited to ESG strategy, ESG management system, ESG rating and performance improvement (including but not limited to Ecovadis, HSI, S&P CSA, FTSE, MSCI), ESG due diligence, climate change, carbon analysis and reduction, ESG report preparation and review, ESG related training, and etc.;
84 Conduct ESDD and ESIA related working within China and overseas.
84 Developing new services on ESG other than existing consulting work;
84 Maintenance on client relationship by conference call, phone chat, propaganda article writing, public webinar, and etc.;
84 Maintenance on relationship with different teams from oversea WSP offices and subcontractors;
84 Good knowledge of key international/national/regional GHG/ESG standard and requirement, such as GRI, SASB, ISSB, CDP, GRESB, TNFD, LEED and etc.;
84 Good knowledge of ESDD and ESIA related standards, such as IFC principals and Equator Principles;
84 Act as a visible role model of WSP's culture, demonstrating values and behaviors consistent with the Code of Conduct and Core Values;
84 Ensure actions and behaviors are aligned to WSP Policies at all times.

Qualifications:
84 Bachelor degree or above in environmental science, environment engineering, or other related majors;
84 At least 3 years of ESG related project experience;
84 Experience in multinational consulting firm is preferred;
84 Familiar with international/national/local regulations and professional guidelines;
84 Detail oriented with emphasis on quality of work;
84 Excellent work ethic with strong organization and time management skills;
84 Strong inter-personal, verbal communication and technical writing skills are essential;
84 Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team environment;
84 Fluent in English and Mandarin;
84 Flexibility to work extra hours if required; and
84 Frequent travel is required.
