-Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize costs, reduce risk and ensure quality of purchased goods and services.
-Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts, ensuring that all procurement activities comply with company policies and regulations.
-Analyze market trends and pricing data to identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend new suppliers or products.
-Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their requirements and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
-Oversee the procurement process from order placement to delivery, including tracking orders, resolving issues and managing any changes in delivery schedules or product specifications.
-Develop and maintain a network of trusted suppliers to ensure continuity of supply, quality and competitive pricing.
-Conduct periodic supplier evaluations to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
-Continuous improvement of P2P process. Ensuring purchasing activities compliance with corporate purchasing policies/integrity and procedures under right supervision.
Your background:
-Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, or related electrical/electrical & electronics engineering field with strong understanding of technical aspects.
-Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement and vendor management of electronic components and CNC.
-Knowledge and experience on supplier base of Electronic Component manufacturers, Distributors etc.
-Proven negotiation skills and experience in managing complex contracts.
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
-Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
-Demonstrated ability to work with a diverse group of stakeholders across all levels of an organization.
