Responsibilities: 1. Accountable for all digital initiatives (including social media and digital campaigns) of the Group’s marketing activities across Greater China 2. Responsible for copywriting, editing, proofreading for social media, promotion campaigns and digital platforms 3. Work with team in initiating, developing, executing and supervising effective digital plans and campaigns, with quality content and strategic digital advertising for fans acquisition, retention and conversion, plus engagement enhancement, to elevate corporate image in different channels. Evaluate effectiveness and derive useful consumer insights 4. Work proactively with cross-functional teams and external partners in implementing all marketing related campaigns and be the gatekeeper for high quality control 5. Maintain and ensure all social media channels are up-to-date, accurate with good daily monitoring 6. Follow closely on trending topics, digital platforms and the competitive landscape to blend in and maintain the Company’s digital platforms and activities are up to trend with brand awareness enhancement 7. Work with team in facilitating and preparing for different presentations and reports 8. Assist and support in ad hoc tasks and other marketing related projects Requirements: 1. Bachelor degree in Marketing, Communication, Multimedia or any related disciplines 2. Minimum 5+ years’ working experience in digital marketing with 2 years at supervisory level. Less experience (3 – 5 years) with 1 year at supervisory level will be considered as Assistant Manager. Relevant experience in digital agency experience is an advantage 3. All-rounded marketer, able to come up with creative ideas and translate vision into actionable marketing programs 4. Editorial mindset, creative, curious, proactive, responsible and with passion in marketing 5. Strong digital sense with high sensitivity to fashion trends 6. Cheerful, energetic, positive and flexible yet detail-minded and responsible, able to motivate independently and effectively under tight deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic, team-oriented environment 7. Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills 8. Excellent written and spoken English & Chinese, as well as editing and proofreading skills 9. Proficient in using Microsoft Office software, especially Word, PowerPoint and Excel. Skills in photoshop and any other digital tools are an advantage
