The Marketing & Communications Specialist is a group level role, a full-time position focused on content creation and internal communication aligned with business objectives.

Group Level (45%)：
1. Participate in the translation and typesetting of the Group's annual promotional brochure, PPT, and related text materials.
参与集团年度宣传手册、PPT介绍、文本资料的翻译及相关设计制作
2. Assist the China Marketing & Communication Manager in writing various press releases for Fives China, finish the translation and share with the Group communication department.
协助中国区市场沟通经理，撰写法孚中国区各类新闻稿件，并就一定的内容进行翻译，同步给集团沟通部门
3. Regularly review and select suitable overseas customer cases through the company's internal communication platform, translate them, and post them on the China social media platforms.
通过公司内部沟通平台，定期筛选合适的海外客户案例，翻译并发布到中国区社交网络平台
4. Collaborate with Group communication department to regularly update Fives Chinese website.
和集团沟通部门协作，定期更新法孚中文网站
5. Support the promotion and implementation of Group activities within each business unit.
支持集团活动在各事业部的宣传及落地执行
6. Assist in the internal communication and organization of Group-level activities, such as the CIIE (China International Import Expo) and Fives China annual meeting.
协助集团层面活动的内部沟通及组织，如进博会，中国区年会等
7. Support HR department with the graphic design and promotion of campus recruitment and the accordingly website.
协助HR部门校园招聘及招聘网站的平面设计及宣传
8. Work with China Marketing & Communication Manager to prepare content for specific projects, such as collecting images and text.
与中国区市场沟通经理一起，对特定项目的内容准备，如图片搜集、文字等
9. Monitor public opinion on a daily basis, identify positive and negative information related to the brand, and timely report.
日常监测全网舆情，识别品牌相关正***，并输出报告

BU Level (35%)：
1. Identify Business Unit news, prepare PR materials (press releases, product communication materials, etc.) around the key messages to be disseminated.
挖掘中国区各BU新闻点，围绕传播信息，输出相应PR稿件（新闻稿、产品传播资料等）
2. In line with Group Visual Identity (VI) and design style, support BU in PPT beautifying, brochure typesetting, and related printing production.
根据集团VI及设计风格，支持各BU的PPT美化、样本排版及相关印刷制作
3. Support the creation of invitation letters and related graphic design for BU activities.
支持各BU活动相关的邀请函及平面设计制作
4. Assist China Marketing & Communication Manager in collecting market data as required.
配合中国区市场沟通经理，就BU需求的市场数据进行搜集整理

Operational Level (20%):
1. Quarterly collect the requirements from BUs for gift and work uniform, and arrange the purchase and distribution in accordance with company procedures.
季度性搜集并汇总各事业部的礼品、工作服需求，并根据公司流程，安排统一采购及分发
2. WeChat Typesetting.
微信公众号文章排版及信息回复

任职要求：
1. Bachelor's degree or above from a "211" or "985" university, preferably in journalism, communication, or related fields majors. At least 3 years of work experience, including more than 2 years of experience in market-related fields.
211或985院校本科及以上学历，新闻传播等相关专业优先，3年以上工作经验，2年以上市场沟通相关工作经验；
2. Solid writing skills, with preference given to candidates with 1–3 years of press news writing experience or representative works.
具有扎实的文字功底，1~3年文案编辑经验或代表作品者优先
3. Excellent English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills, with the ability to translate and polish text.
优秀的英语听说读写，具备文字翻译及润色的能力
4. Excellent PowerPoint beautify skills.
优秀的PPT美化能力
5. Proficient in using tools such as Photoshop (PS), InDesign, and Illustrator (AI) for basic graphic and text typesetting.
熟练使用PS, InDesign, AI等排版工具，可以完成简单的图文排版
6. Strong communication skills and team spirit, capable of efficiently coordinating internal and external stakeholders.

7. Strong sense of ownership and self-motivation, able to manage multiple projects.
