Task and responsibilities: 1. Digital Strategy Development: a. Own the regional digital communication strategy for China in alignment with regional Communication Manager and headquarters to increase brand awareness, identify new opportunities and drive sales b. Adapt global campaigns and content according to regional needs in line with the communication and brand strategy
2. Social Media Management: a. Manage social media accounts and develop engaging content that resonates with target audience, to grow brand presence across mainstream social media channels. b. Monitor social media trends, key competitors, conversations, and analytics to refine strategies and improve performance.
3. Content Creation and Management a. Create and adapt compelling content for various digital channels. b. Manage and optimize content for various channels and platform-specific best practices.
4. Performance Marketing a. Execute regional digital/social paid ad campaigns with the focus on brand awareness, traffic-driving to EC platforms and conversions.
5. Data Analysis and Reporting a. Track and analyse KPIs for all channels e.g. social media, website traffic, engagement rates, CTR, conversion rates etc. b. Prepare regular reports and provide insights for data-driven optimizations.
6. Others a. Stay updated on emerging digital trends, technologies, and platform algorithm changes, pro-actively recommending new approaches to maintain competitive advantage. b. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital initiatives with overall Communication & Brand Management objectives. c. Manage and coordinate with external agencies and vendors as needed to support digital initiatives.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor’s degree or above.
2. Majored in marketing, communication or comparable.
3. a) Minimum of 3 years’ experience of independently running a digital marketing plan and budget, also to set KPIs and supervise external agencies and suppliers b) Experience in managing social media channels like WeChat, Weibo, Douyin or RED c) Experience in supporting Online Ecommerce Players like JD & Tmall will be an added advantage
4. a) Knowledge in performance marketing such as search or banner ads in relevant platforms like Baidu b) Knowledge in newsletter, community and review ***-agement c) Experience in a high-end consumer goods environment would be added advantage
5. a) Oral and written fluency in the English & Chinese language a must. Proficiency in German a plus b) Profound computer application skills c) Skills in using content management systems like FirstSpirit or Word-Press d) Content creation and SEO skills
