Our Sales Representative is responsible for the sales of all Heidolph products and services within a defined territory, maintains effective customer and dealer relations, develops opportunities for growth within an existing customer base, and assures market penetration and profitability while achieving sales and profit forecasts. 主要负责在指定区域内海道夫全线产品的销售及售后跟进工作,维护良好的客户及渠道关系,在现有基础上,开发新的市场增长机会,确保市场覆盖及渗透率,实现要求的销售及利润目标。
工作职责Position responsibilities: 1.Perform sales visits and vendor relations with all customers and potential customers, offer basic training and technical support, develop and maintain effective customer relations with purchasing and end user within assigned territory; 2. Develop and execute sales and marketing plans to expand sales performance within assigned territory, join in related marketing events such as exhibition, lobby show, etc.; Maintain and manage a pipeline of opportunities to meet or exceed sales objectives; 3. Introduces new products and services, and keep informed of new products ,services and other necessary information to customers; 4. Cooperate with dealers within assigned territory , responsible for all trainings, marketing events and business support, as well as inventory management; Implement interregional project management and coordination according to Heidolph China channel policy; 5. Utilize available resources and cooperate effectively with cross-functional internal resources and external partners; 6. Report on regular basis to supervisor, and communicate with any customer & partner issues or potential problems, maintain accurate reporting, records, and files necessary for proper management of territory, perform other tasks assigned by manager. 7. Follow up contract progress; 8. Research competitor and industry activity, keep an eye on market trend; 9. Positively represent Heidolph at all times throughout customer and agent locations;
职位要求Position qualifications: 1. Bachelor’s or above degree, pharmaceutical, chemical, and biology background or equivalent work experience preferred; 2. 5+ years of sales experience with the research laboratory industry products, more than 2 years team management experience; 3. Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication, and presentation skills; 4. Strong anti-pressure and self-motivation ability; 5. Computer proficiency in MS Office and the internet; 6. Must possess the organizational skills to multi-task and meet deadlines as needed; 7. Be able and willing to travel to customer locations; 8. Fluent English;
