? Process internal & external customers’ parts sales orders, and quotations ? Handle some local purchase orders ? Create invoices, credit notes and related documents. ? Ensure accurate and timely response to inquiries & requests from customers ? Follow up orders & deliveries from end to end, which involves co-ordination with relevant functions (planning & logistics) for better lead time and solutions ? Implement and follow up global processes and operating procedures ? Handle customer claims ? Generate regular monitoring reports ? Contribute & commit to continuous improvements for customer experience and operation productivity. Qualifications ? College/University degree ? Min. 3 years working experience in sales co-ordination, order follow-up and customer liaison ? Multi-lingual skills - good English language skills in both written and spoken and good Indonesia language skills in both written and spoken. ? SAP knowledge is preferred and good Microsoft office skills ? Good communication skills and service minded ? Hard working, pay attention to details and willing to take responsibility ? A good team player and willing to work under pressure
