Key Accountabilities 主要职责: Plan and perform direct patient care competently and independently计划并独立胜任地执行直接患者护理工作 To assess, plan, prioritize, deliver and evaluate individualized patient care from a holistic perspective. 从整体角度评估、计划、优先处理、实施并评价个体化患者护理。 Documents relevant information and maintains accurate, clear, comprehensive, and up-to-date patient records. 记录相关信息,维护准确、清晰、全面且最新的患者档案。 Builds up a therapeutic helping relationship with patients and their families. 与患者及其家属建立治疗性互助关系。 Identifies sick patients and triage appropriately for immediate attention. 识别急症患者并合理分诊以确保及时救治。 Coordinates all patient-related activities, including patient education on recovery and rehabilitation. 协调所有患者的相关活动,包括康复与功能恢复的宣教。 Plans follow-up on patient visits and tracks and collates patients’ investigation results; Promptly reports these results to doctors. 规划患者复诊随访,追踪整理检查结果并及时向医生汇报。
Provide high standards and safe patient care提供高标准且安全的患者护理 Plans and renders high quality nursing care to patients within assigned unit, following appropriate Parkway protocols. 遵循百汇医疗规范,在指定单元内规划并实施高质量护理。 Promotes a culture of safety and quality care delivery by following safety standards set by the Quality Management
Department and Shanghai Health Bureau. 践行质量管理部及相关卫生机构制定的安全标准,推动安全文化与优质护理。 Carries out physician’s orders in accordance with standardized techniques and procedure. 按标准化技术规程执行医嘱。 Assists doctors in translation during consultation, treatments and examinations of patient. 协助医生完成诊疗过程中的翻译工作。 Effects and maintains infection control procedures and practices accordingly. 严格执行感染控制操作规范。 Ensures patient’s confidentiality at all times. 始终维护患者隐私。 Checks regularly to ensure emergency equipment is functional at all times. 定期检查确保急救设备处于可用状态。 Cleans and disinfects procedural sets after use and packs them for sterilization. 使用后清洁消毒器械包并打包灭菌。
Ensure patient satisfaction with good, prompt and attentive service and clean, pleasant environment通过优质高效服务与整洁舒适环境提升患者满意度 Works in partnership with reception team to ensure a smooth patient flow to reduce waiting times and increase work efficiency. 与接待团队协作优化就诊流程,减少候诊时间并提高工作效率。 Maintains safe and clean working environment(including Consultation Rooms) for optimal patient care. 维护诊疗环境安全整洁(含诊室),确保***护理。 Works in close collaboration with all members of the multi-disciplinary team to provide optimal care and service to meet patient needs and expectations by providing timely, friendly, empathetic and courteous service to all patients. 跨部门紧密合作,及时、友善、共情的服务满足患者需求。

Exercises economy and care in the use of equipment and supplies 节约使用物资设备 Helps monitor inventory for medication, supplies and equipment; Maintains par level and avoid over-stocking. 协助管理药品、耗材及设备库存,保持合理存量避免积压。
Teamwork 团队协作
Assists in the induction of new staff to the ward; Teaches and supervises junior nurses and other team member like the housekeeping and cleaning staff. 协助新员工入职培训,指导监督初级护士及相关工勤人员。 Builds up a collaborative, helping relationship with fellow nurses as well as members from other departments. 与护理团队及其他部门建立协作互助关系。
Qualifications & Experience资质要求: Education and/or professional qualifications (minimum requirements) 教育及专业资质(最低要求) Graduate from an accredited Nursing College/University in the People’s Republic of China. 毕业于中国教育部认可的护理院校。 Possesses professional license to practice nursing in Shanghai, People’s Republic of China. 持有中华人民共和国颁发的护士执业证书。 Minimum 3 years experience after graduation. 毕业后至少3年工作经验。 Preferably some overseas work experience(outside the People’s Republic of China) in a similar setting. 具有海外工作经验的优先考虑。
Job Knowledge, Skills or Abilities (demonstrate skill in Administration, Management and Team working) 岗位知识与技能(需展现行政、管理及团队协作能力) Good English skills, both verbal and written conversant English is mandatory. 具备优秀英语听说读写能力(必需项)。 Demonstrates good customer service skills, with ability to relate to patients and their relatives. 展现良好客户服务技能,能与患者及家属有效沟通。 Two yearly re-certification of Basic Cardiac Life Support. BLS证书。
