JOB POSITION: After service support specialist
职位要求：Position requirements:
1. 负责机床售后服务电话支持。
Responsible for phone support for machine tool after-sales service
2. 对售后服务和安装现场出现的问题提供有效支持。
Support engineers on-site to solve other problems can happen during the installation and service.
3. 及时和总部沟通，满足客户对配件和服务的各种需求。
Communicate with headquarters to meet customers' various needs for spare-parts and services.
4. 与客户进行日常沟通，以提供正确的安装引导，在安装前拜访客户，在现场展示机器的规划、检查布局和基础。
Daily communication with customers to provide a proper installation, visiting them to present the planning, check lay-out and foundation of the machine on site before installation.
5. 同国外工厂和安装团队紧密合作。
Coordinate with foreign manufacture and installation team.
6.领导安排的其他相关工作。
Other related jobs arranged by manager.
7.必须有5年以上机械行业工作经历，有相关铣床行业背景优先考虑。
Must have more than 5 years working experience in mechanical industry，Working experience in milling machine industry is preferred.
任职要求：
1. 机械/电子 专业，大学专科以上学历
Major in mechanical/electronic engineering, college degree or above
2. 熟练掌握英语，良好的口语及写作能力
Proficient in English, good oral and writing skills
3. 良好的沟通交际能力；
Good communication skills;
4. 责任心强,诚信,积极主动；
Strong sense of responsibility, integrity, proactive;
5. 能适应中短期出差；
Be able to adapt to short and medium-term business trips;
6. 需要常驻上海
Requires permanent residency in Shanghai
