Title: Sales Manager(Shanghai) Department: Sales Division Job Objective: - Responsible for the development and performance of cross channel sales activities in assigned sales territory. - Maximize the sales and expand the customer base in line with company target, vision and values. - Coordinate with all the department to ensure customer satisfaction and provide premium services to build Kerry Wines name and reputation in the market Responsibilities: - Develop business with targeted customers to attain sales budget and profitability. - Provides accurate and competitive offers & service to customers while striving to maintain maximum profit margin - Develop new customers; penetrate new markets, focusing on key players with important potential to ensure high productivity. - Maintains contact with all clients in the market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction. Give regular visit to the customers and provide proper service level - Submitted accurate records of all sales, promotion and activity reports per customer per channel - Controls expenses to meet budget guidelines. - Assists in the development and implementation of promotion in line with the marketing and brand plans. - Coordinate with sales colleague and team leader to maximize the use of allocated wines (Priority customers) - Participate in Visitor Schedule for the regions especially when promotional events or activities are scheduled. - Provides monthly feedback to senior management regarding performance. - Feedback on market and competitors information - Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team. - Take up projects and compilation of necessary report required by senior management.
