岗位职责: -Understand Customer requirement, Organize monthly customer visits, check customer expectations and action plans progress to meet customer satisfaction. 了解客户需求,组织定期拜访客户,检查客户的期望和行动计划的进展情况,以满足客户。 -Manage the project from RFI, RFQ to SOP. 全项目生命周期管理,包括从RFI, RFQ至SOP。 -Initiate project, define project scope, define project schedule, secure project resources, set project development cost budget. 启动项目,定义项目范围,明确项目进度,保证项目资源的整合,成立项目开发成本预算。 -Monitor and eliminate project risk, and escalate the high risk to management to get support in time. 监控和消除项目风险,及时向管理层对中高风险进行预警,以得到相关支持。 -Monitor project development and investment costs, follow-up P1 productivity plans in order to reach P1 budget finance indicator. 监控项目开发和投资成本,跟踪项目实施,以达到相关项目财务指标。 -Organize the daily and weekly project meetings, organize development process activities & define priorities to the team 按照公司要求,组织每天、每周的会议,跟进项目进程和确定优先次序。 - Creating a continuous improvement culture through V5000 methodology including Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen training and implementation, support with statistical analysis, design of experimentation, material cost reduction, process and /or quality performance improvements; 依照法雷奥流程,持续推进各部门,各方面的成本节省和改善。
职位要求: - BA or BS degree (preferable in an engineering or business discipline) - Project experience for GEELY customer is preferred. - communication skills with customer and cross-functional. - Financial skills on Development costs, Product costs and Manufacturing costs - Experience with Toyota Production system, Kanbans, Kaizen, and similar continuous improvement program is preferred.
