Tasks: - Working closely with Global IT team to support IT project design and implementation. - As a local IT project owner to ensure the project running under time matter and cost control. - Coordinate with IT support engineers at all NX China locations to ensure smooth operations - Serve as a SPOC for the IT support engineer to provide technical support regarding end-to-end user support and IT infrastructure - Liaison between NX users and onsite service desk engineers to resolve IT tickets - Coordinate with Global ITO team to obtain necessary technical consultation/support for new IT projects - Coordinate with external IT vendors for new implementations, system integration and maintenance of end-to-end IT infrastructure - Maintain all IT assets across all NX locations - Ensure external IT vendors provide support as per the agreed SLAs - Coordinate with Finance/Sourcing team to support business units for purchase or payment related activities. Responsible for input and archive IT invoice and PO. - Updating and managing IT technical documents and knowledge bases - Report/Support/present all IT activities across NX locations to the reporting manager - Experience in Data visualization will be plus.
Requirements: - More than 5 years relate working experience. - Global/Local IT project managing/coordinator/support - IT budget supporting - Supporting for Local IT strategy plan making - IT daily management and equipment maintenance, user supporting, troubleshooting. - Manage IT team service response speed - Manage and guide frontline technical support, analyze, confirm, and optimize issues and requirements - IT Asset Management - Creation, updating, and maintenance of basic IT data - Updating and managing IT technical documents and knowledge bases - Support all IT topics/activities in the region - Capacity for software Powerbi/Phyton/VBA to support for visualization
