Essential Job Responsibilities
1. Establish good relationship with business customers and IT suppliers to provide effective technical solutions to business through a good understanding of business needs and corporate IT technology.
2. Partner with key business stakeholders to evaluate, identify and recommend appropriate information technology platforms or solutions that enable business strategic direction and employee productivity.
3. Responsible for vendor assessment and selection of all components within the system scope; Provide technical supports to commercial project at early stage within the system scope；
4. Provide supporting service for GLP/GMP regulated application system which includes: LIMS; ELN; QMS; EMS etc；Responsible for solving all technical issues within the subject scope as SME(Subject Matter Expert) of the systems;
5. Provide applications developing via data processing category products such as low code/no code platform, proficient in Excel skills (functions and formulas) and strong business logic capability
6. Familiar with GxP validation process and work closely with QA & Business departments to conduct CSV process.
7. Join internal and external audit form IT perspective and proactively address the audit findings 任职资格: Qualifications
1. 5+ years’ experiences in project manage, business analysis, system implement related position; Six Sigma / PMP certified is a plus; 2. Prefer Pharmaceutical industry experience with GXP regulated system implementation experience; 3. Strong cross function leadership and good interpersonal skill in working with company IT and business stakeholders; 4. Demonstrates strong business minded consultative approach; 5. Proven people manage and project management experience; 6. Strong problem solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced and pressurized environment; 7. Work in a team-oriented manner in order to accomplish performance objectives; 8. Have an engaging and dynamic attitude towards rapid issue resolution and communication; 9. Good expression capabilities in both Chinese and English
