MISSION: Responsible for international purchasing operations for photovoltaic products to secure timely delivery, optimize the cost and ensure the internal client satisfaction. KEY RESPONSABILITIES: Participate in the further development of our international Purchasing activity. Sourcing and prequalification of new suppliers in APAC region Handling Requests for Quotations: analyzing the need of the internal client, analyzing the offers, negotiation and contracting with the Suppliers. Audit and Inspection in factory when necessary. Proactive communication with our Internal Clients (purchasers and our construction projects all over the world), with Suppliers and Colleagues (instant internal communication in particular with Logistics & Finance departments). Review, monitor and comment market reports on a regular basis SKILLS: Analytical Thinking. Organized and detail oriented. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Able to work under pressure. REQUIREMENTS: At least 3 years working experience in Supply Contract negotiation, familiar with legal and commercial terms. Having working experience in PV business is a real plus. University degree (or equivalent) with ideally a major in International Business, Purchasing or Engineering. Excellent communication skills in both writing and speaking in Mandarin and English is a must. Knowledge of French is a plus. At least 3 years working experience in purchasing in international environment. Both Chinese and English CV is required.
