MISSION:
Responsible for international purchasing operations for Architectural Trades products to secure timely delivery, optimize the cost and ensure the internal client satisfaction.

KEY RESPONSABILITIES:
· Participate in the further development of our international Purchasing activity.
· Sourcing and prequalification of new suppliers in APAC region.
· Handling Requests for Quotations: analyzing the need of the internal client, analyzing the offers, negotiation and contracting with the Suppliers.
· Audit and Inspection in factory when necessary.
· Proactive communication with our Internal Clients (purchasers and our construction projects all over the world), with Suppliers and Colleagues (instant internal communication in particular with Logistics & Finance departments).

REQUIREMENTS:
· University degree (or equivalent) with ideally a major in International Business, Purchasing or Engineering.
· Excellent communication skills in both writing and speaking in Mandarin and English is a must.
· Knowledge of French is a plus.
· At least 3 years working experience in purchasing in international environment.
