1.Provide oversight and guidance to department associates regarding the day-to-day activities that drive our business 2.Ensure the team to manage the inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new materials with attention to budgetary constraints 3. Ensure smooth office operations in a cost-effective manner 4. Regularly review space utilization and propose to Senior Manager / Director the space optimization plan 5. Oversee and provide guidance on the planning, design, construction and relocation activities 6. Manage various vendor contracts and leasing agreements 7. Work with external supplier / vendor of different office systems (e.g. telephone system, photocopier, office furniture, office equipment) and ensure the operations. Supervise and oversee the same in the Supply offices in scope for the position Project Management 8.Manage and/ or support other office activities (e.g. outing, annual dinner, visitor/ event held in HK, samples sales, etc.) 9. Manage and support PVH Supply global event such as vendor summit from administration and logistics perspective.
