Job Description 1.Be responsible for the entire supply chain operations including but not limited to order management operation and coordinating shipment with suppliers 2.To work with internal/external parties and 3PL logistics service provider to ensure timely delivery of goods 3.To handle ad hoc projects base on business needs 4.To execute daily SAP operation 5.Provide administration support to Procurement and Quality team Job Requirements 1.Good knowledge in MS office application e.g. Word, Excel, (VLOOKUP and pivot table) 2.Good knowledge in processing orders in SAP would be an advantage 3.Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese 4.Good organizational, communication in both internal and external personal skills 5.A good team player with proactive and positive attitude, Self-motivated and attentive to details, willing to learn 6.Able to work under pressure, meet tight deadline and handle ad hoc project
