Supports the development and continuous improvement of HSE programs as internal consultant: risk assessment, inspection, training, change management, incident investigation, emergency response, Mars critical safety standards, etc.
Be responsible for HSE regulation applicability assessment and deploy on the site. Ensures compliance with HSE Regulatory and other requirements.
Supports the HSE internal and external audits and track closure of corrective actions.
Be responsible for HSE document control system.
Be responsible for the reception of routine government inspections to the site.
Ensure effective implementation of ISO14001/ISO45001 systems.
Lead the creation and deployment of HSE master plan and management review.
Lead/Participate in the creation of site HSE CBN & FAB.
Organize HSE Performance Review to drive continuous improvement.
Be the technical expert for gap assessment and continuous improvement of Mars key standards.
Leads the deployment of safety pillar management including systems, capability, and culture.
Be responsible for site safety activities: safety committee activities, emergency drills, safety month activity, etc.
Conduct the identification and management of the occupational health hazard factors.

1. Education & Professional Qualification
Bachelor or above Degree in Safety & Environment Engineering or other engineering related.
2. Knowledge/Experience
More than 3 years of demonstrated HSE experience in Multi-national Company
Familiar with HSE laws and regulations.
Experience with ISO14001/ 45001 management system
Experience with manufacturing process and packaging lines.
TPM management experience
