The Job
As a Sales Manager Here, you’ll be part of our team located in Shanghai. You’ll get to:

1. Develop the new business for the China auto customer; work with system sales to win related metal fastener.
2. Visit the key customers on a regular basis to better understand their requirements and seek out new business opportunities independently.
3. Secure orders and work with customer service and the plants to ensure timely delivery of products.
4. Inventory management with support of customer service to balance timely delivery and lowest freight cost, in case delivery risk is predicted, should alert customer in advance with suitable methods accepted by customer.
5. Coordinate and work with various groups across the organization to address customer complaints
6. Collect market information that would help in decision making and the planning of marketing and sales strategy
7. Prepare sales forecast and budgets for customer accounts handled
8. Prepare various sales reports, such as but not limited in new business, customer call status, etc.

The Person

1. Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline
2. At least 3 years working experience in metal fastener
3. To know the metal fastener knowledge and application.
4. Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
5. At least CET-4 required, Write and Speak in English very well.
6. Self motivated and willing to work in a fast paced and dynamic business environment servicing customers from the automotive industry
