Job purpose The job holder organizes and manages PGMS refining sales and CS team to sell PGMS refining service of JM Chinas plants, which is very important part for business growth in China and global commercial strategy.
Principal accountabilities ? Making refining sales contract/document/filing compliance to company policy. ? Implying China strategy for PGMS refining, developing tactic for China PGMS market and reach the sales budget. ? Conducting business management for refining sales in China & related CS management, as key role to coordination all the internal stakeholders. ? Analysing and investigating product technical performance and market needs (including that of the competition), proposing product/service improvement and new product/service development; update the market and competition information very half year. ? Providing input into the annual budget and sales forecasts. ? Building good relationship with customer, develop the new customers and maintain constant contact. ? Acting a key customer contact for specification, scheduling and shipping. ? Coordinate with finance for credit issue and payment terms.
Qualifications/ knowledge/ experience ? Bachelor degree or above level qualification (or equivalent) in Chemicals, or management related field ? Leadership for the matrix management for the team ? Above 10 years’ experience of sales, marketing or IBP in Chemical industry ? Good written and oral English ? Proficient computer skills in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint ? Strong communication and interpersonal skills, attention to details ? Good organizing and planning skills
